Who qualifies to register as a buyer?
All buyers must meet the qualifications outlined in our Admission Policy. BETEX has a strict Admission Policy in order to maintain the high standards of the show and its participants.
How does it work?
Buyers will select one of nine itinerary options. Each of the nine trade itineraries will include three mornings of marketplace business sessions, which will take place simultaneously in three destinations. Decentralized marketplace sessions will allow for more direct interaction between agents and suppliers in the destinations. Tours and site visits are also included on the itineraries in order to ensure maximum exposure
How much does it cost
The Registration fee is US$299 or US$399, depending on the selected itinerary. This fee includes all in-country meals, transfers, double-occupancy accommodations, tours and functions as noted on the itinerary. This fee does not include international airfare to Belize, which must be purchased separately.
Upon approval of registration, buyers will be entitled to:
- Participate in one expedition itinerary
- Attend three marketplace business sessions
- Attend the educational seminar and orientation session
- Attend all programmed tours, site visits and social functions
- Access programmed transfers between airport and hotels
- Access any discounted fares previously agreed to by BETEX and the participating Airlines
- Access any applicable hotel discounts as previously agreed to by BETEX and the participating hotels.
